MG Chemicals 860 is a zinc oxide/silicone based thermal transfer compound designed to move heat away from sensitive components. Fills in tiny gaps between Heatsink & part. Will not dryout, harden or separate. RoHS listed

Thermal conductivity of .675 W/mK.
